The participants wrote down and posted their fears, expectations and contributions about the project.

2nd day Thursday 21st of July 2022 (Portuguese Night)
We started the second day with an energiser from the Polish team to wake up our bodies and our mind and to prepare ourselves for the next activity, which involved a lot of logical thinking (Fair trade activity). We were divided into groups, where we had to manage our money and our resources. The main goal was to report the inequality, which translates on a word where some people get rich easily and others have to go through many difficulties to live a proper life. Also, we got to develop our money management, critical-thinking, entrepreneurship and multi-lingual competences.
During the afternoon, we created a poster about human rights and the environment, where we had to correlate them and try to understand their simbioses. On the break we left in order to start preparing our intercultural night.Later that day, at dinner we served appetisers (Queijo da Serra with olives, chouriço and bread), the main dish (Bacalhau à Brás) and desert (Fruit salad). After dinner, we presented some traditional songs and dances inclusively "Malhão Malhão" opening the dance floor.
3rd day (trip day in Patra) and Hellenic night with traditional dances.
Visiting Greece's third biggest city, Patras, and local traditional dance and singing festival in Kato Alissos.
Day 4 (Polish Night)
This morning's activity was organized by the Maltese group.
The Maltese leader gave a brief introduction about the circular economy.
The participants then had 10 mins to do a quiz where they had to match the main terms and concepts with their definitions. We all went through the answers and discussed how linear economy works and how this could be changed to the circular economy.
In the next activity they had to watch a video about the circular economy and discuss five questions in separate groups.
After the break the participants were split in groups and assigned to do a presentation about a separate topic, one of six sectors of the economy.
Main questions of the presentation: How is the situation now? How can we change the way we produce and consume goods and adopt a circular economy model in the following sectors:
- building & construction
- consumer electronics
- domestic/white goods, household goods
- fashion/Textiles
- Packaging and plastics
- food and bio-waste
After the lunch participants made posters. Then they got to know about INNOVATION -GREEN PROJECT. Participants will be working on it next days. The last activity " Take a step forward" was prepared by Portuguese team.
The evening was organized by Polish team.
Day 5 (Croatian Night)
Morning activities were organized by the Croatian team.
First we did a little energizer that looked something like this: everybody stand in a line and then played "telephone" but with mimic. Energizer was recorded so you can wash it and see where they messed up.
Next up we had an activity which was a photo contest. The participants were divided into 4 groups, and every group had to take a picture connected to the themes; life, water, green and earth. They took photos of anything they thought is associated with their topic, but at the end they had to choose only one photo for the actual contest. All of the participants did a great job but the main award and first place took the group 3 with their topic of water. We prepared a prize for the participants and gave them Croatian Kuna (our currency).
In the evening we had an activity from Greece team about the story of 2 cities where participants made their posters involving human rights and environment.
After the activity everyone had some new activities hosted by the Portugal team. By that time the Croatian team was preparing dinner; GULAÅ . It's a traditional Croatian meal that consist of meat and its soup that is served with either bread, pasta or mashed potatoes. The reactions of the dinner were outstanding.
After dinner we started with our cultural dances called Drmeš and Kukunješ, and at the end we showed a dance that is usually done at the Croatian weddings. After that we just relaxed and played some of our old songs, danced and had a blast.
Day 6 of our project (Maltese night )
We first started the day with an energizer from the Cyprus team to wake up our bodies and start the day well. We had to pretend to be animals while also organizing ourselves from smallest to biggest depending on size.
Our second activity was also organized by Nikolas and the Cyprus team. Before we started our next activity, Nikolas provided an explanation which consisted into dividing in our groups and make a poster regarding our youth project that we have created the previous day. We then had from 9:30am until 12pm to create it and present it. The goal of the project was to present our project (some included carbon footprints etc.) using a chart or a poster.
After lunch we then proceeded with an energizer by the Portugal team, where we sit in a circle and whoever gets picked must tag the person who chose them before they take their place.
Another activity made by the Portugal team that we have played today is regarding our carbon footprint. We first proceeded to take a carbon footprint test to calculate our carbon footprint. After the test, we then discussed the topic.
The last activity was a workshop about our future, the environment and human rights.
Later that day, at dinner the Maltese team served appetizers (Bruschetta, Galletti etc), the main dish (pasta with tomato sauce) and desert (Maltese chocolate). After dinner, the Maltese team presented some traditional songs and dances such as "Il-Maltija".
