Elements of the activity

We will try to connect the specific issues and themes of the activity with the elements and the working methods (also the sessions of the program) that we will work in the training so as to be able to define the better results in answering the question. We will work on all specific issues of our activities in the Non Formal Education method as we describe below. In the following lines we are going to describe the elements that we are going to use.

1. Create cultural awareness among participants. For this reason, before every session, morning, and afternoon, we will do energizers in a fun and creative way to involve participants, as well as some team building activities. Also, cultural nights will be organized in order that all the participants will present their cultures and traditions.

2. Raise awareness about Climate Changes and Green entrepreneurship and the possible personal and professional implications that may affect an individual. In Cyprus we will have environmental game day, where they will need to make decisions about real life situations. The learning outcome of the game will be the knowledge of participants to know how to make the best solutions. In this YE, participants will make their teams according to their ideas to get out of the box. They will take part with their teams in 2 daily activities learning how to make their own green projects and working on time with all the aspects and external orders. They will learn to be eligible to change their decisions and qualify in the problems that may arise during the implementation of their ideas. That will be very helpful for them because it will be a true example of their future working experience.

3. To provide the relevant knowledge and involve participants in activities that will enable them to criticize and attempt to reduce environmental problems. Through the activities they will get a lot of knowledge about environmental problems and through their own critical thinking will understand that there are factors such as fear, threats or pressures by other "stronger", which affect our freed-self-awareness or other factors that alter our self-knowledge and don't leave us to reach our goals, think clearly, freely and innovatively, and to extent this, to cooperate better with other people and create a more innovative world (innovator activities). Activities that are going to make them feel strong in environmental themes. After those activities and the discussion which will follow, the participants will understand that awareness of circular economy and 7Rs as an essential "ingredient" in order to learn better ourselves, through the awareness of our rights and limits.

4. For introducing and promoting the concept of Climate Change and the protection of the environment we will Examine ways on how innovation can promote our self-improvement and how self-improvement can promote innovation. we will Introduce and promote the concept of SELF-AWARENESS. Relevant activities are of that nature where all participants will have the chance to think as being part of a team, to develop themselves and to help the others reach their best selves, in democracy ground and through cooperation. Furthermore, the more you know about yourself, the better you are at adapting to life's changes. That is why we choose this important topic to be the main activity of our project because we believe that will help all the participants at a high level..

5. Provide the relevant knowledge and involve participants in activities that will enable them to criticize and attempt to eliminate any form of discrimination. Every activity includes reflection time at the end where ways of fighting discrimination, innovative ideas, self-improvement, and learning outcomes will be discussed. Also in the activity: "Take a Step Forward"

Moreover, during the YE, we will encourage our participants to share their ideas during the reflection time. Each day we will have reflection time, the revision of what we have done during the day.

All participants will be accommodated in Camping "KATO ALISSOS" (Patra, Greece). The Camping is already preliminary booked to ensure availability and have all the required facilities for the effective execution of the project. In the camp there is working space and space in nature where all the activities will be planned. Also, there is audiovisual equipment for everywhere we need it. Camping place is ecofriendly and is beneficial for the implementation of the project.
